一、开机出现“CPU fan error”的原因与解决：
每次开机提示“CPU FAN ERROR PRESS F1 TO RESUME”，“CPU fan error”的是什么意思呢，不是CPU，而是辅助CPU的风扇出了问题，什么原因引起的系统提示“CPU fan error”，如果解决“CPU fan error”提示呢。下面来看看开机出现“CPU fan error”的原因和解决办法。
1、系统BIOS检测不到CPU风扇的转速
开机后按Del进入BIOS选项，进入Power→Hardware monitor，你会看到有三个在一起的分别是CPU FAN SPEED；CHASSIS FANSPEED；POWER FAN SPEED，将第一项改成IGNORED，第二项改成N/A，第三项改成IGNORED。
2、风扇工作不正常或转速太低
风扇工作时间过长，里面的润滑油干了，导致风扇转速变慢了，在风扇的内部加点润滑油，加大风扇的转速会降低您机箱内部的温度，以至于不会使CPU烧坏。
3、风扇电源线接错了
一般主板上都有多个风扇的插口，CPU的风扇应该插在“CPU_F”这个上面，如果不插在这里虽然风扇正常，但是主板会提示错误。将CPU风扇的电源插头插到相应的位置，一般问题可以解决.

4、主板电池没电了
将主板上的COMS电池拆下来，然后等几分钟后装回去，就可以将主板COMS放电恢复默认；最后在BIOS里面使用默认设置。
以上几点就是开机出现“CPU fan error”的提示的原因和解决办法，CPU和风扇之间硅胶没了，导致热量散发不出去，机箱内灰尘太多也会导致开机出现“CPU fan error”的提示。
二、使用MHDD软件检测修复迈拓硬盘的坏道：
电脑在一次非法关机后频繁提示丢失系统文件的问题， 重装系统后故障依旧。电脑非法关机容易损坏硬盘，使硬盘产生坏道，说明系统文件的分区有可能存在坏道，因而可以使用MHDD软件检测硬盘是否存在坏道，如果确实存在坏道，则可使用MHDD软件进行修复：
1、准备一个存有MHDD软件的DOS启动U盘，并将其插入电脑的USB接口中。
2、重新启动电脑，在未进入系统之前按下“del”键进入BIOS设置界面，选择“Advanced BIOS Features”→“First Boot Device”→“USB-ZIP”菜单项，然后按下“F10”，即可保存设置退出BIOS设置程序。
3、电脑自动重启后会进入Dos状态，在命令提示符下输入“cd mhdd32”命令，然后按下“Enter”键进入mhdd软件存放的目录，接着输入“mhdd”状态。
4、按下“Enter”键即可运行mhdd软件进入mhdd主界面。
5、按下“F2”键，界面会出现硬盘状态信息，包括硬盘品牌、编号、扇区数、版本号、固件版本号以及容量。
6、在“MHDD>”提示符下输入“scan”命令，然后按下“Enter”键。
7、随即弹出“Scan Parameters：SPACE or ENTER to change”对话框，再次对话框中可以对扫描的属性进行设置。
8、选择“Loop test/repair”选项，按下“Space”键将其设置为“ON”，然后按照同样的方法将“Erase Delays*DESTRUCYIVE *”选项设置为“On”。
9、按下“F4”键即可对硬盘进行扫描，扫描过程中，会以色块的形式表示每个但愿山区的状态界面右侧的列表框中列出了不同色块代表的含义。扫描完成会出现“Time Spent”提示信息，提示用户扫描硬盘花费的所有时间。
10、使用MHDD软件修复玩硬盘后，则可输入“exit”，命令，然后按下“Enter”键退出MHDD程序。
三、3种现象预示硬盘将要出现故障，需要维护：
硬盘是电脑最重要的设备，电脑硬盘就像一个大仓库，里面储藏的是我们最重要的数据，它具有容量大速度快等优点。我们将日常生活、学习的重要数据文件存储在 电脑硬盘里，但是一旦硬盘发生故障那么后果将是不堪设想，所以我们在平时的使用中一定要维护好它。一般来说，硬盘出现故障前会有以下几种表现：
1、出现S.M.A.R.T故障提示。S.M.A.R.T. 即“自我监测、分析及报告技术”。它可以监控磁头、磁盘、电机、电路等部件，由硬盘的监测电路和主机上的监测软件对被监对象的运行情况与历史记录和预设的 安全值进行分析、比较，一旦出现安全值范围以外的情况，它就会自动向用户发出警告。而更先进的技术还可以自动降低硬盘的运行速度，把重要数据文件转存到其 它安全扇区，通过 S.M.A.R.T. 技术可以对硬盘潜在故障进行有效预测，提高数据的安全性。
2、能进入Windows系统，但是运行程序出错，同时运行磁盘扫描也不能通过，经常在扫描时候缓慢停滞甚至死机。这种现象可能是硬盘的问题，但也可能是Windows天长日久的软故障，如果排除了软件方面设置问题的可能性就可以肯定是硬盘的故障。
3、在Windows初始化时死机。这种情况较复杂，首先应该排除其他部件出问题的可能性，比如内存质量不好、风扇停转导致系统过热，或者是病毒破坏等，最后如果确定是硬盘故障的话，再另行处理。
我们在平时对重要的数据要有随时备份的好习惯，这样在出现在硬盘出现故障的时候不至于马失前蹄。另外，对一些特别重要的数据最好再备份到光盘上，这样就能更加万无一失。

ノートブックＰＣの分解はわからなかったので、今まで手をつけなかった。

このＳＨＡＲＰ　ＭＥＢＩＵＳ　ＧＰ２は１０年使っているので寿命でもいい。

それで勉強のつもりでバラシてみた。

案ずるより易しだった。

１４インチノート。

パソコンとして手ごろな大きさ。

ＣＰＵはＣｅｒｅｌｏｎ１．５ギガ

ＨＤＤは８０ギガ

昨年、電池を専門業者さんにリカバリーしてもらった。これはお勧めです！

その後すぐに、ファンが回らなくなり、熱暴走で電源が落ちるようになった。だいたい３０分～４０分で電源喪失です。

買い換えるか、修理専門に出すか考えていたが、だめもとでチャレンジ。

このＰＣより、はるかに性能が良いノートＰＣでも５万円ぐらいですから、、、。

どこから手をつけて良いのかわからなかったから、ビスというビスをすべてはずしてしまった。それはシャープ・メビウスの構造がわからなかったからで、はずしたビスはメンテナンスにはほとんどが必要なかった。

結局、このＰＣは表から分解できました。

①メインスイッチがある横長のパーツ後ろにあるビス４本をはずすと、パーツが右にずれて本体とのフックが外れます。

写真で見ると斜めに置いたパーツです。

写真では上になるが、後ろにあるビスを４本はずします。

すると、簡単に右にずれパーツが外れました。本体とケーブルでつながっています。

とても小さなコネクターで連結なので、指でつまめずラジオペンチではずした。

何か工具が必要でしょう。

②キーボードをとめている１本のネジが出てきます、それをはずすと、キーボードは簡単にガバッと外れます。コネクターは本体真ん中にあってハズシず らいが押さえを緩めると、そこに差し込んであるだけで力いらず。キーボード側のコードにはコネクターは付いていません。コードだけでエンドの接点がむき出 しです。

キーボードは一体です。間違ってもキーの一つ一つをはずさないほうがいい。取り付けはけっこう大変。私はふと、、ひとつはずして懲りましたから、、、。

キーボードと本体のコネクターで、差し込んで上のバー状のものを押さえるだけ。

こちらは、メインスイッチのパーツと連結する本体側コネクターです。

③いよいよ、クーラーとファンをはずします。

ファン一式が、見えている４本のビスで止まっている。

ファン一式がＣＰＵの上にグリスを介して乗っかっているはず。

メビウスは小さなファンが２個付いていた。

ノートのパーツは小さいので指が入らないかもしれない。ラジオペンチとピンセットは必需品。

ＣＰＵとファン一式を止めているビスにはスプリングが付いている。

④ＣＰＵからファン一式をはがし、さらに汚れたファンそのもののメンテナンスです。

ファン本体をアルコールできれいに洗い、よく乾燥させファンの軸にＣＲＣを一滴たらした。

終わってから知ったのだが、、、ＣＲＣはダメと書いてあった。

マシン油かグリスがよいそうで、ご自分で探してください。

ＣＲＣでもとりあえずは動いていますが、ごみが付着しやすく、詰まりやすいのかもしれません。

簡単にプレートからファン本体ははずせます。ファンは分解しませんでした。

軸受けを修理される完全主義者がいるそうです。

卍のところでプレートに固定される。

これが壊れたら、交換しかない。

シールをはがすと軸がでてきたので、そこにＣＲＣを一滴。

⑤いよいよＣＰＵのお出ましです。

ＣＰＵの表面だが、汚いな～～～。

Ｃｅｒｅｌｏｎ１，５ギガという熱くなるので有名なＣＰＵだそうです。１０年ぐらい前のものだから無理はさせません。

ここにファン一式が密着して熱を逃がすようになっている。

ＣＰＵの表面が炭化しているようだ、、、。

アルコールで拭いたら、鏡面のようにピカピカになった。

たぶん、グリスが焼け焦げて炭化していたので熱伝導が悪くなったのではないか。

そこに、ＣＰＵ用グリース（私はヨドバシカメラで３００円で購入 ）を極薄く均等にぬり、ファン一式と密着させます。

グリースはシリコンなので、ときどきメンテナンスが必要らしい。

たぶん、、、２年～３年ごと。

グリースはほんの少し必要なだけなんで、１回使いきり用だと１００円からあります。私は若干高級品の３００円のものを使いました。シルバー（銀が入っている）でなくても可。

⑥ファン一式のフィンにごみが詰まっているので、それも細い綿棒で清掃します。普通サイズの綿棒じゃ隙間に入りませんので、極細を用意します。

綿棒で内部のごみを取り、全体はアルコールに浸して汚れをとった。

いかにも、ゴミでつまりやすそうだ。

埃っぽいところは厳禁ですね。

洗ってきれいにした！

ＣＰＵと接触するところが汚れている。

ここもアルコールで磨きます。

銅は熱伝導がよいので、ニョロとした足が付いている。ヒートシンクなのだろう。

プレート部分をアルコールで洗ったら、、、ピカピカに鏡のようになった。

いかに汚れていたかということ。

熱伝導が悪く、ファンの回りも遅くなって、目詰まりとあいまって冷却不能になっていた。

それでＰＣは熱暴走して、電源が落ちていた。

理由は簡単ですね、ただ経年使用の結果ですので、定期的なメンテナンスはＰＣといえど、必要です。

車だって車検や一年点検があるように、ＰＣも手入れしましょう。

あの位置にはめ込みます。

写真ではＣＰＵは汚れたまま。

位置を合わせてみました。

実際はファンをセットしてから、本体に取り付けます。

ファンのコネクターが小さいのでやりにくい。１００円ライターと大きさを比べています。

ＣＰＵとファン一式（冷却プレート）の間にグリースを塗り、分解した逆の手順で組み立てていきます。

冷却の風はここしか排出されないから、埃が詰まったらＰＣは止まりやすくなります。

左サイドです。

後ろにもスリットが切ってあったけど、形だけで役立たずでしょう。

左右と中ほどにあるビス４本を最後に締め付けます。

もしかすると、中２本のビスははずさなくても良かったかもしれない。

表と裏です。

表面から分解するとは気が付きませんでした。

裏側に多くあるビスをはずして、分解できるものだと思っていた。

シルバーがむらなのは、１０年使い込んでいるので、塗装がはげつるつるに、、、。

裏面からはＨＤＤ、メモリー、電池、などのメンテナンス。

バッテリー

ＨＤＤは２本のビスをはずすと、手前に引っ張り出せます。

ユニットになっているので交換は簡単そう！

ＨＤはメーカーサービスで２回交換しています。その時は何も知らなかったからで、今だったらさっさと自分で交換ですね。

たぶんメモリーが入っている、、、。

１０年前のノートですが、メモリーを当時の限界７５６メガまで積みました。

ここは何のメンテナンス用でしょうか？

下の小窓は、時計用バイオスの記憶用のボタン電池室。

   無事に復活しました。

フォトショップの画像処理でも、他のソフトトはまったく問題なく、ネットでは動画がダメなくらい。ネットではフェイスブックが特に負荷が大きく遅い。

この時代のＰＣにはソーシャル・ネットワーキングは鬼門のようです。

でも、このＰＣは家で簡単なネットを見るだけなんでＯＫ。そろそろ買い替えを考えていますが、ノートにするかタブレットにするか迷うところ。

ファンを製造すると決めた時、他のデザインは流用するのではなく、一から設計したいと考えました。その上でファンの回転数に対して正確な静圧やCFMを図る機械が必要でした。テストで使用した機械はLongWin社製のLW-9266 Fan PQ Performance Measurement Apparatusでした。様々なファンブレードや他社のファンを検証し、何がファンを良くするのかを探し出しました。他社のファンが公開しているスペックに届いていないことに気付くまで時間は要しませんでした。

ご存じの通り、ファンはケース内の空気を動かす役割を果たしています。しかし状況が異なる場合もあります。なので、1つの設計で全ての状況に対応できるファンはないといえます。例えば、物体を通してファンからの空気を送風するケースがあります。わかりやすくは水冷一体型ユニットのHydroシリーズで、 ラジエーターを介して空気を送り込みます。もしくはCPUクーラーのヒートシンクに空気を当てる場合があります。この場合、CFMより静圧の方が重要に なってきます。障害がなく、高いCFMでケース内の空気を動かすケースファンであれば、理想的です。もう1つ重要視した点として、ファンのノイズレベルで す。そこであらゆるシステムのニーズに対応できる沢山のファンを製作しました。そのニーズに応えられるのが、静音改良され今回新たに発表した AF（Airflow）とSP（Static Pressure）のケースファンです。

Cooler Masterは5月2日、サイドフロー設計のCPUクーラー計2製品「X6」「Hyper 412」を発表、5月11日に販売を開始する。価格はともにオープン、予想実売価格はそれぞれ7000円前後／6000円前後だ。

X6は、独自のハニカム形状の放熱フィンを採用するCPUクーラーで、従来製品よりも表面積を約20％広くしたことで放熱効果を高めた。また給排気の角度 を右肩下がりとなっているのも特徴で、よりスムーズなエアフローを実現可能となっているのも特徴だ。冷却ファンは25ミリ厚の12センチ角ファン×1を装 備。騒音レベルは8～27デシベルとなっている。対応ソケットはLGA775／1155／1156／1366／2011、Socket AM2／AM2＋／AM3／AM3＋／FM1。

Hyper 412は、計2基の12センチ角ファンを標準装備したサイドフロー型のCPUクーラー。ファンはともに15ミリ厚の薄型仕様で、デュアルファン仕様ながら 比較的スリムな設計となっている。騒音レベルは8～30デシベルだ。対応ソケットはLGA775／1155／1156／1366／2011、Socket AM2／AM2＋／AM3／AM3＋／FM1。
